Happy New Year!!!! I can't belive it's already 2008! Time really flies. I am so excited about this year and what God has in store. My main goal for this year is "carpe diem" - I want to seize each day that God gives me. I look back and see how I much time I have squandered doing frivilous things or even worrying about things that God is controling. My prayer for this year is that my time, my thoughts, and every part of my life belongs to God. (Ephesians 5:16)

I hope you all have a wonderful beginning to the New Year! Love ya!

    In Christ,
    ~Courtney

Hello! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! How are things going? Wow it's really been a long time since I've been on here. Things are going well here. I'm enjoying Christmas break with family. It's been nice to relax some but I sure will be glad to get back to teaching and classes. Hannah just left yesterday to go back to SC, she had to work on Christmas night. Miss you Han!

I'm typing on my new computer that I got for my birthday! I love it! Well, I'll let you go and talk to ya later!

    In Christ,
    ~Courtney

About Me

  • Hi! I'm a farmgirl from NC. I love to be outside, read, go kyaking, ride horses and spend time with my family. Right now I'm living at home while working on a degree in El Ed. Soon I hope to transfer and finish up with a degree in Deaf Education and Deaf missions. While going to college I also teach music and American Sign Language to 3rd-5th graders. That's the highlight of my day when I go to teach "my kids." However, first and formost I am a follower of Jesus Christ. He is my Savior, my friend, and my God. 2 Samuel 22:3
